Shipping & returns


Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 working days, provided there is stock on hand. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, and will do our best to maximise customer satisfaction. Delays can occur, and we will update you with all the relevant information via email.

Once the order is processed, you will receive your delivery notice and tracking number, via email. This tracking number can be used to view the location and estimated arrival time of your order.

Estimated delivery time can range between 2 – 7 working days, depending on the region.

The following is a rough estimation

  •          To KZN: 1 – 2 Working days
  •          To Main Centres (Cape Town, JHB, Pretoria): 2 – 3 Working days
  •          To Regional Areas: 3 – 5 Working days
  •          To Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working days

For Urgent shipments, custom times and rates can be organised.

Orders are delivered straight to your address. This address can be your home or office.   

At Africaboyz, we make use of the Smart freight shipping plugin. This means that you are quoted with the most affordable shipping options, directly from a selection of courier services.

International shipping is available. Please contact us for a quote and more information.


Products may be returned if they are defective, damaged or are incorrectly supplied.

If the product received is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, if must be reported as soon as possible (Within 24 hours of product delivery).

There are no returns or refunds on any electrical products. 

No goods will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Refunds can take 5 – 7 working days to process.(Once confirmed, funds can take up to 24-48 hours to reflect in your account once processed due to banking timelines)
